If your pet has a diagnosed condition or is on medication, write to [email protected] with the diagnosis and your vet’s contact details. We will tell you honestly whether a Mera plan is appropriate, including when it is not.
Deliveries
To move, skip or pause a delivery, use your account — it is faster than writing to us, and nothing is hidden behind a phone call. For a box that arrived late or thawed, email [email protected] with your order number and we will replace it.
