Session recording
We use Lucky Orange to record anonymised session replays and build heatmaps of how pages are used, so we can find the parts of the site that confuse people. Recordings capture clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and the pages you visit. They do not capture keystrokes in password fields or payment details. Lucky Orange sets its own cookies to recognise a returning session; you can opt out at luckyorange.com/privacy.
