These terms govern your use of merapets.com and your Mera Pets subscription. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. The service
Mera Pets supplies human-grade, gently cooked meals and functional supplements for dogs and cats. Meals are portioned to the information you provide about your pet and delivered frozen on a recurring schedule.
2. Subscriptions
Your plan renews automatically on the cadence you select. You may skip a delivery, delay a week, change recipes, pause, or cancel at any time from your account — no minimum term, no cancellation fee.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable and are confirmed before you order. We may adjust prices with reasonable notice; you will always be told before a change affects your next delivery.
4. Delivery
Meals ship frozen in recyclable packaging and are designed to remain cold for up to 48 hours in transit. Delivery days are selected at checkout and can be moved from your account.
5. Suitability
Our meals are formulated to AAFCO complete standards with veterinary oversight, but they are not a substitute for veterinary care. If your pet has a medical condition, consult your vet before changing their diet.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual property
All content on merapets.com — including recipes, photography, and the Mera Pets name and mark — is our property or that of our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
