Delivery
Meals are cooked, flash-chilled and frozen on the day they are packed, then shipped in insulated, recyclable packaging that keeps them cold for up to 48 hours in transit. You choose a delivery day at checkout and can move it any time from your account.
We deliver across mainland UK. Your first box ships within the week; subsequent boxes follow the schedule you set — weekly, fortnightly, or on demand.
Packaging
Our trays and liners are plastic-neutral and kerbside recyclable where your local scheme allows. The insulation is compostable wool. We are working toward fully home-compostable packaging and will say so when we get there — no greenwashing in the meantime.
Freshness guarantee
If your box arrives thawed, damaged, or late, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it — your choice, no photograph required, no questions asked.
Returns and refunds
Because our food is fresh and perishable, meals cannot be returned for resale. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right. Unopened, shelf-stable supplements may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Cancelling
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time from your account, effective immediately or from your next scheduled delivery.
